SUBMIT A PORT STATE CONTROL REPORT FOR REVIEW

OOW offers free review of PSC reports.  A PSC report can be submitted for review by clicking HERE.

Upon submitting a PSC report, a free review will be carried out on the required corrective actions, causal factors, root causes and preventive actions of each deficiency. In due time feedback from this free review are sent back to the user/entity that submitted the report. Although not necessarily required for the PSC report review, a scanned copy of the actual PSC Report is highly recommended to be sent to info@officerofthewatch.com.
