Upon submitting a PSC report, a free review will be carried out on the required corrective actions, causal factors, root causes and preventive actions of each deficiency. In due time feedback from this free review are sent back to the user/entity that submitted the report. Although not necessarily required for the PSC report review, a scanned copy of the actual PSC Report is highly recommended to be sent to info@officerofthewatch.com.

No information regarding the Entity submitting the report and the Vessel Name/IMO number etc is to be disclosed or reproduced in any means to any third party without the prior written consent of the entity submitting the information/data. Information/data submission on Vessel Type, Vessel Age, Port/Country of Inspection, Description of Deficiencies is intended to be used only to support bench-marking and feedback provision to the entity submitting the information/data. Feedback from the PSC report review is to be sent back to the entity submitting the information/data normally within 2-3 weeks.
